Brief synopsis of my time up until now in Sao Paulo

Arrived on the 25th of January after a trifling time going through air-transit. I'm no fan of the TSA (Transportation Security Administration), not so omnipotent government agencies trying to act as if they were technocracies will always be thwarted by the inventive mind. Pretty elating feeling driving into a warm and muggy Sao Paulo afternoon after a year where I experienced two winters. It's always a little oppressive when one gets used to making their own pittance and using it as they wholly see fit and then they move back into the socialist(albeit necessary) model of family life. Trading the groupthink of social clique for the hivemind of family unit. It all depends on where one's interests coincide of course and luckily for me... well I won't get into that, I'm lucky for a great many things. Spent a couple weeks at Century Paulista and met a Brazilian man by the name of Marcelo the Tuesday after arriving. It really is like 'they' say; "It's all the little things." They dress like Americans, they eat for the most part an Americanized diet and they buy into social stratification, but the odd thing is they behave more humanely and that's a very loose way to put it, but I know of no other way to say it. On leaving the hotel we moved into a flat in Moema that overlooks Avenida Ibirapuera and Shopping Ibirapuera. I tire of typing... tchau para agora!
